Guest Experience
We know that trying a new salon can be intimidating, and we are here for you!

Your experience will start with a thorough consultation.
Our stylists want to get to know you!
Who are you? What does your morning routine looks like? How much time do you like to spend styling your hair? Do you have any allergies or sensitivities? What are your favourite products to use? How often do you like to come in to the salon?
She will take a brief hair history and of course will ask you all about your ultimate hair goals!
Once she understands you and has a clear picture of your hair goals, she will offer you her best recommendations for achieving your hair goals.
Once a plan has been made, your stylist will offer you a beverage, set you up with Wifi and start your service.

With a complimentary coffee bar, cold drinks and a snack bar available
we know you'll be comfortable.

Enjoy a variety of in-salon conditioning treatments that can be customized to your hair needs, a hot towel during your shampoo service and of course a bit of education so that you can replicate your style with ease!
Try before you buy, we offer product samples for you to take home and use!
