FAQ

For you it's BEAUTY and for us its business.

Our salon strives to serve amazing guests such as yourself and so we have to put some rules in place to ensure that our relationship remains a long healthy and respectful one.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We REQUIRE 48 hours NOTICE to cancel or make changes to a booked appointment.

​

Repeated last minute cancellations will result in us requiring a deposit before we can reschedule your appointment. 

The deposit will go towards your service total.

The same deposit will be lost if you cancel with-in 48 hours.

CONFIRMATIONS:

We offer text message confirmations, appointment reminders and we will call you to confirm. However we are human and technology... well we all know its not perfect either.

Therefore it remains your responsibility to remember that you have an appointment with us.

 

PRODUCT REFUNDS AND SERVICE RE-DO'S

 

Products - Haircare is an important part of the service! If a product you purchased from us is not working for you, we are happy to exchange it for a different one with in 7 days of your purchase. NO REFUNDS or CREDIT available. Exchange Only.

Tools are a final sale.

Services - We want you to be 100% satisfied with your service here at Cosmo Hair Studio. If you are unsatisfied with your service result, we would love to make an adjustment for you with-in 10 days of your appointment.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS on services rendered.

Service Adjustments will not be considered for the following reasons:

- You or another stylist already made adjustments to your hair.

- Box color was present in the hair at the start of the service. 

- It is over 10 days since your received your service. 

- It was determined by your stylist that your service would require multiple visits in order to achieve your hair goals. 

Hair services & payments for hair services, questions, concerns and adjustments are between you and your stylist directly. The Cosmo Collective is a booth rental salon and all stylists are independent contractors running their own independent businesses in our facility. They simply rent a chair at The Cosmo Collective and operate their own independent entities. If you have questions about your hair please contact your stylist directly.

DEPOSITS

We require a deposit for a handful of reasons.

1. You've cancelled your appointment last minute not once... or twice, but 3 times. This will require us to ask for a 50% deposit before we can re-book you.

2. Your booking a service that is over 2.5 hours long.

​

3. Your booking a bridal party.
